Guided Snowshoe Hikes
Choose between our moderate or adventurous snowshoe hike led by a knowledgeable, skilled, and friendly guide from the Yosemite Mountaineering School and Guide Service. Families with children younger than 10 years old are welcome to book a private snowshoe hike by calling the Nordic Center at 209.372.4996, the Mountaineering School at 209.372.8344, or emailing yms@aramark.com.
Discover the wonders of Yosemite's winter environment on this 3-hour hike traversing 3-4-miles in the snow. Due to distance and duration, children must be at least 10 years old to participate and accompanied by an adult.
Discover Yosemite's winter wonderland on this all-day, 8-mile round trip hike through the snow, starting at the Nordic Center at Badger Pass. Traverse meadows and mixed conifer forests to Dewey Point. From Dewey Point, enjoy breathtaking vistas of El Capitan, Half Dome, Mt. Hoffman, Mt. Conness, and Clark Ridge. Due to distance and duration, children must be at least 14 years old to participate and accompanied by an adult.
