Discover Yosemite's natural and cultural heritage through engaging walks led by expert guides certified by the National Association for Interpretation. These year-round tours offer a deeper connection to the park's incredible landscapes, wildlife, and history.

Historic Ahwahnee Hotel Tour
Take a free one-hour guided tour of the Ahwahnee Hotel, exploring its history, architecture, and art.

- Wheelchair Accessible: Yes (conditions permitting)
- Notes: Space is limited to 30 participants; valet parking fees may apply. You will be standing and walking for the duration. The tour covers the exterior and interior of the hotel so please consider wearing layers of clothing for colder weather.
Guided Nature Walk
Learn about Yosemite's ecosystems and natural history on a one-hour guided walk.

- Notes: Dress for the weather including comfortable footwear. Temperatures can be high in the summer, and you will be outside for the duration of the program, so be sure to bring sun protection, water, and snacks. Space is limited to 25 participants on a first-come, first-serve basis

Yosemite After Dark
Explore Yosemite's natural areas on this 90-minute nighttime walking tour, learning about sensory adaptations and the importance of dark sky preservation.

warmer months | 7:30pm - 9:00pm during colder
months - Duration: 1.5 hours

- Notes: Flashlights are not provided; traction devices for shoes are recommended and may be required depending on conditions. Temperatures are below freezing at night in winter. We advise you to wear appropriate layered clothing including a waterproof outer layer, hats, gloves, and waterproof shoes. Guests arriving unprepared for the conditions may be asked to leave the program. Due to variable conditions, this program may not be suitable for young children.
Glacier Point Starry Night Skies (SUMMER ONLY)
Experience Yosemite's dark skies with a naturalist at Glacier Point during this one-hour seated program.

- Notes: Personal flashlights are recommended for safety. Glacier Point has no outside illumination and can be very dark on some nights. Please bring warm layers or blankets. Glacier Point is 7,214 feet above sea level and temperatures can approach freezing at night.
Walking Starry Skies (WINTER ONLY)
Join a Yosemite Hospitality Guide for an unforgettable night of stargazing in Cook's Meadow! Visibility is affected the week leading up to the full moon. Please take this into consideration prior to booking.
